Customer Relations

The DOME Experience operates under the open communication model. If your sales rep is out of the office, both an internal support customer relations manager and a production planner are available throughout the work day to relay up-to-the-minute details of your project. These go-to people are involved and can update you about your project moment-to-moment. They act on your behalf, going directly to the manager necessary – be it production, press, bindery, fulfillment, or even estimating – to move your project forward.

It’s all about communication – doing what is necessary to help you reach your goal of great printing with no surprises.
