Tim Poole  |  CEO

Tim Poole is President/CEO of DOME Printing, Northern California's strongest privately-held commercial print production facility. He is a second generation owner and entrepreneur. Through innovation and leadership vision, DOME continues to remain relevant in a changing print industry.

Tim is very active in industry associations, including holding high level executive board positions. In addition, he is involved in Vistage International to exchange best practices with other local business CEO's. He often enjoys the opportunity to speak on executive leadership, family business transition and technical forums related to the printing industry. Such involvement ensures DOME remains informed of critical industry changes and is positioned to create change where needed.

One of Tim's greatest accomplishments is at the age of 48, being honored as a 2007 inductee into the Printing Impressions/RIT Printing Industry Hall of Fame. It was the culmination of decades of hard work, continuous learning and a testament to the quality individuals who support him, his company and this journey.

Tim and his wife live in the Sierra foothills on a small horse ranch, where they enjoy the peace and tranquility that gives them a get-away from the daily grind. Tim's wife breeds Arabian horses and she rides dressage horses. I prefer a good game of golf on Saturday mornings, working around the ranch doing landscaping and anything with a tractor. Tim never passes up a good cigar, a trip to the ocean, or any opportunity to visit with friends and family over a glass of wine.

Starting in 1985 with odd jobs in production, I worked my way through every department at DOME Printing. My hands-on education greatly expanded my knowledge while at the same time adding to my appreciation and passion for the business. When I’m not at DOME I manage as well as play bass in a rock and roll cover band and enjoy an occasional round of golf.

Eric Carle  |  VP of Finance

I have +15 years in Finance, Accounting and Strategic Planning experience within a diverse range of industries including entertainment, banking and automotive. While at DOME, we have enforced a strict adherence to G.A.A.P. standards as well as improving the integrity of data that is molded into management reporting. When not at DOME, I enjoy spending time with my family including two boys that keep us very busy with sports. I also enjoy hitting the links with good friends when the time permits.

Dave Baker  |  VP of Operations

I have 35 years of experience in management, logistics, quality assurance and operations. Since I joined DOME in 2009 I have been responsible for implementing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing and the 5S Methodology. I am involved in all lean processes including cost reductions, management training, and our comprehensive quality program. When not reducing “muda” (waste) you can find me on the golf course or boating and enjoying the sun with my family.
