Sacramento, CA – DOME (Meriliz, Inc.) and American Web Services have entered into a formal agreement in which DOME will acquire intellectual and physical assets, including ArrowClick Software and River City Internet Providers (RCIP). The American Web Services brand will become a division of DOME and all current employees will be transitioned appropriately with the IT system administrator and web development team continuing to support all existing clients.

DOME is Northern California’s largest privately held print and marketing company. DOME serves a broad national client base across many markets including health care, financial, education and retail stores. DOME’s ability to blend technology products with core capabilities has allowed rapid growth in these strong markets.

American Web Services currently serves over 200 clients and provides digital marketing, E-commerce solutions, web hosting, and web site development under the American WebServices brand. ArrowClick is an E-Commerce software application with unique applications for efficient site development and customization. River City Internet Providers is a DSL internet service that is a low cost option offered to some of their Sacramento Area clients.

Ed Williams, CTO and Founder of American Web Services, will remain as a consultant to insure a smooth transition and will continue to provide technical consulting to his existing independent clients.
