Dome Printing is Now a PM Packaging Company

PM Packaging, a packaging solutions company, announces an asset purchase of Meriliz Incorporated, Dba Dome Printing and Lithograph.  Dome is a leading supplier of commercial print, mailing, display and packaging located in McClellan Park, CA.

San Diego, CA—Effective April 1, 2022, PM Packaging through its wholly owned subsidiary, Dome Printing and Packaging LLC, has formalized an asset purchase agreement of Dome Printing.

PM Packaging is a leader in the industry providing paperboard packaging, blister cards, single-faced laminated packaging, digital printing, displays and fulfillment services. PM currently operates in both San Diego and Mexico with multiple plant locations comprising over 600,000 square feet.  The Dome facility is a 340,000 square foot building in McClellan Park. Combined locations total over 1 million square feet.

Dome currently serves a broad US market with both commercial print and in-store display products. The product offerings by Dome include e-commerce solutions (WizeHUB), kitting and fulfilment, mailing, large and small format digital, sheetfed and web printing.

Tim Poole, owner and CEO of Dome, will join the PM team to run the day-to-day operations in Sacramento. Tim brings over 40 years of experience in the industry and will be responsible to integrate new equipment and processes as PM Packaging expands packaging into the Sacramento facility.
