HEIDELBERG Speedmaster XL 105 (x2)
6-Color with AQ Coater, CPC, and Autoplate 41” presses prints at speeds up to 18,000 sheets per hour. It features a spectrophotometer scanning system that measures in calorimetric values rather than black and white densities, giving a true reading of ink on paper. Autoplate (automatic mounting of the printing plate on the press) has been the largest make-ready time saver, virtually cutting make-ready time in half. Auto registration, auto sheet size change over, auto wash-up, auto blanket washers and auto impression cylinder washers make this press extremely efficient and productive.
HEIDELBERG Harris M-130
16-Page 6-Color Heat-set Web. Heidelberg Harris design features provide tangible improvements over other manufacturers in speed, reduced make-ready times, flexibility, and ink control. The press is fully automated with auto blanket and roller washers. The folding system offers a wide variety of folding configurations. We utilize Quad Tech closed loop color technology to aid in tight color control. This 16-page full web (23” cutoff, 38” web width, single roll stand) is the perfect press for your direct mail, catalog, publication or any project demanding high quantity printing.
HEIDELBERG Harris M-110
8-Page 5-Color Heat-set Web with in-line finishing The perfect complement to our full web, this press 17.75” cutoff, 26.5” web width is equipped with in-line finishing. The in-line finishing offers glue, perforation and contour die-cutting. The finishing allows customers the ability to customize direct mail, envelopes, nested letters, glue spine booklets and bill inserts. This press will provide the speed and economies for large runs with the quality print that the Quad Tech color management system ensures.
HP Indigo 12000
The 29 inch HP Indigo 12000 Digital Presses produce the widest commercial application range with superior print quality, high productivity, and wide versatility. The HP Indigo 12000 is capable of 3,450 4/0 20”x29” sheets per hour of 50# text up to 18pt. The expanded substrate capability offers direct printing on canvas, plastics, paperboard, synthetics and metalized substrates, which will benefit retail and packaging clients, while the larger 29” sheet size will benefit direct mail clients with more pages of variable data messaging.
KODAK Digimaster (x2)
Our Kodak Digimaster digital production system has the capability of producing B&W print on a wide range of substrates. Lays down DPI at a speed of 150 pages a minute.
EFI VUTEk HS125 Pro
This large format printer is a super high-speed digital UV inkjet press with eight colors including three-layer white print capability. This press prints the highest quality available at speeds up to 125 4’x8’ boards per hour. Handles flexible or rigid substrates up to two inches thick with variable printing capabilities.
EFI VUTEk LX3 PRO
The digital UV inkjet press is an LED-based production-level printer. This press prints at speeds up to 94 4’x8’ boards per hour. Delivers high definition Point-of-Purchase graphics, using 12pL grayscale print technology with true 1000 dpi and advanced three-layer white ink printing on a variety of substrates up to two inches thick. It has no VOCs, less consumables and waste, less energy consumption, and the ability to print on recycled and other light weight materials without over-heating or distorting.

The Inca Onset is capable of running at 120 boards an hour and features both satin and gloss finishes. A wide color gamut is attained by using the 6 color configuration CMYK+LcLm
QUAD TECH Color Control System
Quad Tech Color Control System with Instrument Flight® Technology installed on the M-130 and M-110 for color consistency from press to press. This on-line video-based scanning system automatically searches for, locates and tracks micro colorbars to relate color density information, print contrast, trap and dot gain to our press operators. The CCS (Color Control System) automatically sends any necessary adjustments to the press ink control consoles. This allows us to achieve a higher color consistency, lower make-ready times and a reduction of waste.
Certified G7 Master Printer
DOME adheres to the newest industry defined methods in color calibration. Color calibration is imperative to achieving a closer visual match between proofs to press, press to press and printing the same way twice. GRACoL 7 has developed standards for measuring color value versus ink density. The color value or gray balance is a much better predictor of visual appearance than evaluating the ink density of each color. Those printers who are qualified as a G7 Master are set to a world wide standard in proofing, viewing and printing. Set audits of press sheets are conducted by an independent agency to assure color accuracy and continued improvement.
Muller Martini Corona Perfect Binder
The Corona Perfect Binder with 21 pockets plus an automated book-block feeder, this binder will meet any and all of our customer needs. The “bar code” reading system assures that misfeeds are a thing of the past. The perfect binder features PUR glue for the best hold and spine flexibility. Lay-flat binding gives additional flexibility by allowing the book to stay open. A perfect solution to text books and catalogs and cookbooks.
Muller Martini and HEIDELBERG Saddle Stitching Systems (x3)
High-speed wire stitching is complemented by many automated features that help to eliminate errors and increase efficiencies. Other features include miniature wire stitches for small books, such as CD booklets, and loop stitching. OCR readers verify barcodes to protect against missing or double signatures.
HEIDELBERG Polar Cutting Systems with Transomat (x4)
Cutting efficiency and accuracy are made easy with the use of robotics, automatic lift tables, joggers, and sheet counters to maintain repeatable accuracy in every cut.
Moll Pocket Folder Auto Glue Machine
This machine is primarily used for automatic gluing (hot melt glue) and folding of presentation folders. Other uses include CD folders and other lightweight boxes. Other capabilities include fugitive glue and remoistenable glue.
Hunkeler Tipping Machine
This machine has the capability to fugitive glue printed products together uniformly. Typically it is used to glue a brochure into a publication or book.
Rollem TR Perf/Scoring Systems (x2)
With a maximum sheet size of 35.375” x 36” and minimum 5” x 5”. The system perforates, scores, folds and slits in one pass.

Gate folds, maps, bill inserts, and book signatures are part of our daily routine. Our folders are compatible with our fugitive glue system, perfect for sealing closed folded mailers.
Sakurai Spot UV Press
We can apply a flood or spot application of high gloss UV (ultraviolet) coating to the press sheets up to 30” x 42”. Able to apply gloss and matte UV coatings, as well as specialty coatings for thermocramatic, glitter, softtouch and scratch off effects.
